Elecampane
Elecampane (Inula Helenium), also known as Wild Sunflower is native European herb which has centuries of documented use as a valuable medicinal plant.

Wild Strawberry
Known as either Wild, Alpine, Woodland or European Strawberry, ‘Fragaria Vesca’ tea is one of our personal favourites. Strawberry leaves are evergreen so are available all year round, although the Strawberry taste will be more pronounced when it’s in bloom. They have a tannin-rich taste, somewhat like Self Heal (Prunella Vulgaris), but with a bit less of an earthy bottom-end.
Mullein
Mullein has a long history of use, medicinally, for maintaining respiratory health, wound-healing, urinary-tract infections, earaches and asthma. It’s also an analgesic, expectorant and contains anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitic properties.
