Wild Strawberry
Known as either Wild, Alpine, Woodland or European Strawberry, ‘Fragaria Vesca’ tea is one of our personal favourites. Strawberry leaves are evergreen so are available all year round, although the Strawberry taste will be more pronounced when it’s in bloom. They have a tannin-rich taste, somewhat like Self Heal (Prunella Vulgaris), but with a bit less of an earthy bottom-end.
