Hairy Bittercress
Hairy bittercress is an extremely common, wild edible which can be eaten raw or cooked. It grows just about anywhere the ground is disturbed and its mild-wasabi, peppery flavour profile is similar to watercress or rocket. Great as a pot-herb, a salad green or can be used as a garnish, though the flower stalk can be a bit woody in older plants.
